Staff Development at Lion Insulation

As a committed employer, we are striving to develop our staff skills for the future.

To ensure competency and awareness of on-site health and safety, every supervisor and senior installer at Lion holds a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.

Working in tandem with the Construction Industry Training board, we also assess our employees regularly and address any skills development needs they require.

As a result, Lion Insulation has found that in the past 21 years all our senior and middle management have been promoted from within.
