Our durable, easy-to-use loft ladders make it easy to get up and into your loft space. We have a range of two and three section loft ladders that have interlocking sliding sections and large, flat top rungs for your comfort and safety.

Boarding your loft

Storage space is at a premium for the majority of UK homes, so why not utilize the space in your roof? For very little outlay, Lion can transform your loft space into a viable, usable space that will become a valuable asset to your home.

We use 18mm chipboard placed on 50x50 batons at 400mm centres. The boards have a maximum size* of 1200mm x 2400mm and will be installed as close to the hatch as possible (see Figure 1). We can also clear your loft of stored items and replace them once the floor is finished (additional cost).

Our boarding prices are as follows (inc VAT):

• 1200mm x 1200mm – £ 80.00
• 1500mm x 1200mm – £ 100.00
• 1800mm x 1200mm – £ 120.00
• 2100mm x 1200mm – £ 140.00
• 2400mm x 1200mm – £ 160.00

*Please note: Loft floors support light storage only as ceiling joists are not designed to take heavy loads. 2400mm x 1200mm is the maximum area that will be boarded in your loft.
